E-commerce parcel delivery software in Morocco: every parcel tracked, every dirham found
MazaGTR Colis follows a delivery company from pick-up at the merchant to the money collected at the customer’s door: labels, rounds, returns and merchant and courier settlements, without re-keying.
What the software does
Orders come in, the label comes out, the customer confirms
An Excel template signed per merchant is recognised on its own, with a preview before parcels are created. The 100×150 label with QR is designed and printed in the app, with no label software to install. Confirmation goes through the call centre or WhatsApp: Confirm or Cancel.
From the dock to the round, every parcel has its place
At pick-up the courier scans: declared parcels against scanned parcels. In the warehouse: bins, a “where is this parcel?” search and a flag for ageing parcels. A sorting wall announces the slot aloud, and loading is done by scan.
The round in the courier’s pocket
The office builds the rounds: courier, vehicle, capacity checked. On his phone the courier scans at loading and delivery, sees the amount to collect, takes the signature or photo, even offline. Motorbike, tricycle or car: a GPS tracker, or the courier’s phone as GPS.
Every dirham collected is found
Cash on delivery (COD) is followed parcel by parcel: cash waits for the till, transfers are counted straight away. The merchant statement is collected amount minus fees plus credit notes, issued as a service invoice and paid by transfer file. Freelance couriers, cash shortages, returns, exchanges and claims each have their own screen.
Your merchants track, import and connect on their own
A portal for parcels, Excel import, pick-ups, tracking, returns and the price simulator. A public tracking link for the end customer, showing only the city and the status. YouCan, Shopify, WooCommerce and Storeino send their orders, and a REST API with signed webhooks connects your own system.
Papers, figures and the platform
An expired document (insurance, technical inspection, licence) blocks departure, and it is unblocked automatically once replaced. Reports show first-attempt deliveries, return risk and ageing parcels; the AI copilot and the dashboards compare periods. Sealed e-invoicing, Android and iOS mobile app, four languages.
