MazaGTR Colis
Frequently asked questions about MazaGTR Colis
Short answers to the questions of parcel delivery companies.
Frequently asked questions
How is cash on delivery (COD) followed?
Parcel by parcel: each amount collected is attached to its parcel. Cash waits for the till; transfers and cards are counted straight away.
Which online shops connect to Colis?
YouCan, Shopify, WooCommerce and Storeino send their orders, which arrive checked with the price calculated. Your own system goes through the REST API and signed webhooks.
Can the courier work offline?
Yes. On his phone he scans, takes the signature or photo and sees the amount to collect; everything is sent as soon as the network returns.
Which vehicles and which couriers?
Motorbike, tricycle, car or van: one active vehicle counts as one. Couriers can be employed or freelance.
Can the end customer track their parcel?
Yes, through a public tracking link that shows only the city and the status, with no price or courier name.
What about returns and claims?
Returns and exchanges have their own screen. A claim keeps its full history: compensation becomes a credit note on the merchant’s next statement, and the amount chargeable to the courier, a debit.
How much does Colis cost?
One price per vehicle per month. Parcels included per month depend on the pack; beyond that, the price per parcel is shown on each plan. Over 200 vehicles: on quote. 14-day trial, no credit card.
What is DGI e-invoicing?
It is the scheme of the Direction Générale des Impôts (article 145-IX of the General Tax Code, 2024 Finance Act): each invoice is validated by the DGI platform before it is legally issued, the so-called "clearance" model. The announced format is UBL 2.1 with a qualified electronic signature, and the ICE of both seller and buyer is mandatory. The roll-out is announced in waves "during 2026", large companies (turnover above 200 million dirhams) first, SMEs and very small businesses in 2027-2028. The decree setting the dates and thresholds has not been published yet and no public technical specification exists so far. A free portal, fatourati.gov.ma, is announced for small companies. Information: tax.gov.ma.
Is MazaGTR ready?
MazaGTR is ready on the invoice side: every invoice is already sealed when it is validated (integrity chain, public verification QR code, archive), and UBL 2.1, the electronic signature and the ICE are provided for in the invoicing engine. The connection to the DGI platform is switched on as soon as the official API is published, at no extra cost. The full data of every invoice can already be exported as XML (UBL).
What do I have to do today?
Fill in the ICE, IF and RC in your company profile, and validate your invoices in the application. Nothing else: the rest switches on when the API is published.
